How the booking works:
1 ️ 392 Booking is easy
- Choose the date from those available in the calendar
- indicate the number of participants in your family.
- You will receive all the confirmations and useful information via email to the address entered during booking.

2 ️ ▼ Deposit and Balance
The booking is confirmed with the payment of a confirmatory deposit:
€ 5.00 per person for full-fare tickets
€ 1.00 per person for reduced fare tickets (children 12/23 months or with disabilities and adults over 65 or with disabilities)
The balance will be paid directly upon arrival, at the cash desk, on the day of the visit.

3 ️ 392 Single family reservation
For organizational reasons, we accept individual reservations for each family; for this reason, when booking**it is not possible to enter more than 5 people. **
In the woods you can spend the day with the other families you came with and participate in the activities together, even if you booked separately.

4 ️ 392 Booking with Gift Tickets or Value Vouchers
If you have a Gift Card or Value Voucher you can book in one of the following ways:

Just provide the order number on the tickets (or attach them) and indicate the date you would like to come.

5 ️ 392 Reservations with Voucher Code received as a result of our cancellation of the event or cancellation within the established deadlines.
How to use the voucher code: Make a normal booking, after adding the participants, find the inscription 'gift card or discount', enter your code, click on 'apply' and proceed.
The amount of the deposit already paid will be automatically deducted and the amount of the deposit will be equal to €0.00.
The value of the voucher will match the deposit already paid.

In case of expected bad weather
Family Days
Giocabosco reserves the right to CANCEL the opening to guarantee the quality of the experience. Families who have booked will be notified in good time by email and will receive aVoucher toreschedule the visit.

Cancellation of Reservation
In case of cancellation with at least 7 days notice, a voucher will be issued for the amount of the deposit paid, which can be used to reschedule the visit.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 6 days before the date of the visit there will be no refund.

Reservation Refund and Recovery Policy
The deposit will be reimbursed only if it is objectively impossible to recover the visit to Giocabosco (e.g. residents abroad or for serious and documented reasons of force majeure).
NB. In the event of a refund, the amount paid will be net of the booking fees applied by the platform, which cannot be recovered by Giocabosco.
In all other cases, a monetary refund will not be made, but a Code (Voucher) worth equal to the deposit paid will be issued.
The Code will be redeemable and usable until the end of the current season, after which it will no longer be considered valid.

Giocabosco is an experience in nature designed for families who want to give their children an authentic day, away from noise and haste, made up of play, imagination and freedom of discovery.
It is not a traditional amusement park, but an oak forest inhabited by gnomes and fairies, where every family can live their time with calm, imagination and wonder.
Here, children are the real protagonists: they explore, play, imagine and build memories that remain.
A safe place, surrounded by nature
The park is completely closed and protected: this allows families to live the day in peace, with the security of a reserved space.
(Obviously you are not “kidnapped”: in case of need it is always possible to go out and return with the support of the staff.)

Since 2023, the Thematic Path has been enriched with InCAA panels — Alternative Augmentative Communication, to make gaming and exploration more inclusive and accessible.
