GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

A) Selling digital content through WooCommerce

All digital products that can be purchased through the WooCommerce shopping cart (guides, manuals, PDFs, informational materials, digital consultancy, format) are sold and invoiced by Alessia Tonni.

B) Sale of tickets, deposits and activities through Regiondo

The entrance tickets, treasure hunts, confirmatory deposits and gift cards purchased through the external Regiondo portal are managed and invoiced by Il Giocabosco di Sartori Michela according to the conditions published on this platform.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT (WOOCOMMERCE SECTION)

These conditions govern only the sale of downloadable digital content (PDF files, guides, informational materials, digital documentation).

3. HOW TO PURCHASE

The purchase takes place through an online procedure:

  1. Product selection
  2. Insertion in the cart
  3. Entering billing information
  4. payoff
  5. Confirm order via e-mail

The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of payment.

4. PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT if applicable by law.

The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

5. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL CONTENT

The digital contents are provided as an immediate download after confirmation of payment.

The customer is responsible for:

  • the correct indication of the e-mail address
  • the preservation of the downloaded file
  • the compatibility of your device

There is no physical shipment.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content through non-material support when the execution began with the consumer's express consent and with his acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

At the time of purchase, before completing the order, the customer:

  • gives express consent to the immediate supply of digital content;
  • agree to lose the right of withdrawal.

With the conclusion of the order and the start of the download, the right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital content is protected by copyright law.

It is forbidden to:

  • reproduction
  • distribution
  • sharing with third parties
  • resale
  • the unauthorized modification

without the written consent of the rights holder.

The purchase confers only a personal, non-transferable license for use.

8. RESPONSIBILITIES

The seller is not responsible for:

  • misuse of materials
  • personal interpretations of the contents
  • lack of economic or professional results
  • unreported technical incompatibilities

9. USER ACCOUNT

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the activities carried out through their account.

10. PRIVACY

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

The contract is governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the State, will be competent.
